ASA

The Asia Suzuki Association(ASA) was founded in 2000 as a non-profit organization in order to serve as a coalition of National Associations(China, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam) through Asia except Japan(Symbolic Country).
Its primary purpose is to further Suzuki’s approach to education through the provision of a teacher training program which maintains the quality of teaching throughout the Asia.
In 2016 ASA has redesigned the ECC Method as new Branding for 21 century that the focus based on essential of traditional teaching method with Suzuki Philosophy, Dalcroze, Kodaly and Carl Orff philosophy.

Membership of the ASA 

Country Association Membership of the ASA is given to those National Associations who have their own Teacher Training programmes by ECC Method.  All Teacher Training programmes are required to follow the guidelines of the ASA as set out in the Teacher Trainer and Examinations Manual.
Country Association Members have the right to nominate a Director to the Board of the ASA.

Country Membership Fees

Country Membership Fees

Membership fees are set each year by the ASA Board of Directors.   Country Members/National Suzuki Associations pay an annual subscription made up of –
•  USD 2,000.00 Country fee

Individual Membership

For those who live in a country which has no National Association, Individual Membership of the ASA is available, and should be obtained by all practising ECC Teachers who teach in such countries.
